How long will it take to get my order?
97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Domestic orders (USA and Europe) are delivered within 3 to 10 business days.

Where is my order?
Hasn’t it turned up yet? What a bummer. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email from us yet then just drop an email to email@example.com and we’ll investigate. Please remember if we’ve just had a big release we might be a little slower at getting orders out.
What does Made To Order mean?
Our printed products are Made to Order (MTO) so that you can nom them whenever you like, you don’t need to wait for a restock. This means that you place your order and we go and make it. Note: This doesn’t mean custom measurements or prints.
It says ‘Sold out – no longer available’ will you restock?
Maybe! Sometimes we like to make products limited so that the people that do get them get to feel really special. But you can send us an Email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a restock notification and we’ll let you know when they’re back.
Where are your products made?
Our products and prints designs are made in our workshop in Paris, France.
Assembly and printing are mainly made in Europe.
What if I have received something I think is faulty?
If you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please contact the Customer Service at email@example.com to discuss your options for a replacement or refund, subject to the conditions of our Refunds policy.
