We know it's hard to wait for your sweety new outfit to arrive, so we always aim to post your order as promptly as we can. Occasionally there can be delays – especially after release days, or when the Warehouse unicorns runs out of glitters. We really appreciate your patience at these times!
97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less
Domestic orders (USA and Europe) are delivered within 3 to 10 business days.
This service provides basic tracking and is free for any orders over €150, and a flat rate fee of €5 otherwise.
We ship internationally to all countries except to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Since we made our own desings on purchase, be sure to double check the sizing chart : there will be no possible return if you have made a size mistake. Keep in mind that we are a eco-friendly label and we want to minimize our ecological footprint. We can only acheive this by made to order process and your anti-waste participation.

Refunds (if applicable)
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you want a refund, send us an email at email@example.com and we will reply with our refund process.
We must ask you for a picture of your product, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will reply with our return process and address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to France. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
